We would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor. We value your participation, and we will try to accommodate your requirements.
In addition to downloading and completing the Vendor Application and Release of Liability form, please include the list of products you are requesting to sell, promote or display and be specific. The vendor space is issued based on the items listed so please be thorough. Receipt of the application is not a guarantee of vendor space for the show. Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, electrical cords and chairs.
Vendor spaces will not be reserved without full payment, Vendor Application and the Release of Liability forms.
These
are due no later than September 28, 2008 for the Del Mar Fall Festival.
Placement will be based on specific electrical needs, space required and arrival time and will be determined by management.
A map of Vendor locations will be posted prior to the start of the show in the Show Office. Vendors can move in on Monday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Tuesday. Move in will NOT be allowed at night or while the show is in progress. Vehicles must be removed from the area before the start of the horse show daily. All vendors must move out by 10:00 am on Monday.
